These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and ab67 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ab67 website located at ab67.bio and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services offered through the Platform (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you have registered.

To access the Services, you must register an account on the ab67 Platform. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. ab67 relies on the information you provide at registration and reserves the right to suspend or close any account where inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information has been submitted.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• ab67 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purportedly from ab67 asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC documents accepted include a valid Bangladesh National ID (NID) or passport, accompanied by a contemporaneous selfie photograph.
• You must promptly notify ab67 if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation by emailing [email protected]. ab67 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

ab67 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time to confirm account ownership, protect against fraud, or comply with applicable regulatory requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

ab67 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to player balances. The Platform supports instant deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers from major Bangladesh financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for most supported payment methods. ab67 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. ab67 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Once KYC is approved, standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• ab67 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits originating from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• Chargebacks initiated against ab67 through your bank or payment provider constitute a breach of these Terms. ab67 will contest all chargebacks and may pursue recovery of disputed funds through available legal channels.

ab67 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ab67 will notify the affected account holder and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

All games offered on the ab67 Platform are provided by licensed third-party software developers whose titles use certified random number generators (RNG). ab67 does not develop its own casino games. The results of all games are determined solely by the RNG of the relevant game engine and cannot be influenced by ab67 or any player.

• Each game's rules are displayed within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing wagers. ab67 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules.
• In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or interruption during a game session, ab67 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's balance. Winnings generated during a verifiable malfunction are not payable.
• Sports betting markets and odds are determined by ab67's trading operations. ab67 reserves the right to suspend, void, or re-settle any betting market where errors in odds, obvious pricing mistakes, or event irregularities are identified. Winnings paid on voided markets will be recovered.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Live sports events settled on ab67 use official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute over the official result of a settled market, the decision of ab67's trading team is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ab67 Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may result in legal action being taken against the responsible party.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the ab67 Platform, whether under the same identity or different identities, including accounts registered by close family members sharing the same household or payment method.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hand information in poker variants, coordinated sports betting to guarantee outcomes across accounts, or any form of match-fixing related activity.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users via the Platform's normal interface.
• Fraudulent deposits: Depositing funds via stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials; initiating chargebacks; or depositing funds whose origin cannot be verified as legitimate.
• Money laundering: Using the ab67 Platform to launder, conceal, or legitimise funds obtained through criminal activity. ab67 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspected money laundering activity without prior notice to the account holder.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error are void and will be reclaimed.

ab67 reserves the right — at its sole discretion and without prior notice — to suspend or terminate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Account holders whose accounts are suspended during investigation will be notified by email and may be invited to provide a written response.

All content, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, graphics, and other intellectual property appearing on or associated with the ab67 Platform are the exclusive property of ab67 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the ab67 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, framed, scraped, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ab67. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicence, assign, or otherwise transfer any rights in the Platform to a third party.

ab67 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and communications related to your account and the Services. ab67 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data is held securely using SSL encryption and access controls.
